Interim Pastor / Worship Pastor - Kevin Tillman
Kevin joined Wright as Worship Pastor in June of 2024. Currently he is serving as the Worship Pastor and the Interim Pastor. Kevin has had 35 years of ministerial experience serving in several ministry positions, including Youth and Students, Music and Worship, Media and Graphics, and as a Lead Pastor. Kevin and Shannon are excited about the future at Wright Baptist Church.
Office Reception - Taylor Evans
Taylor is our front reception point person for the office area. Taylor has general church info, and upcoming events and calendaring at Wright. She's married to Alex. Her favorite book of the Bible is the Psalms. Taylor enjoys helping you be connected, so just ask! If there are ministry area materials needed, you will perhaps often be connecting with Taylor.
Youth Ministry Leader: Marcus Carroll
Student Ministry meets twice a week, led by the Youth Marcus. Marcus is a part-time staff member. He's recently married to Chloe and they reside on Okaloosa Island.
Children's Ministry Director - Donna Pearson
Donna is our Children's Ministry Director. Donna has years of experience in Kids Ministry. Donna helps guide our Kids Ministry Team members in lessons, training, and more.
Facilities and Facility Impressions - Rick Kalla

Rick is a long-time member of Wright's facility upkeep and maintenance. If you have questions about cleaning services or facility, Rick is the right person to connect to. He and Sue have three adult children who you'll see some weeks drop by. As staff, Rick brings experience in construction techniques, maintenance tech, building interior systems, signage to Wright. If you need to contact Wright about repair work or improvement works, often you'll be in touch with Rick.

Wright uses the Biblical model with Elders that function in the role of leadership, and Deacons that function in service.
